I love that there is a good balance. If I need to step out for an appointment, I can, and finish up when I get. Outstanding benefits, Strong direction from senior leadership to always put client first, privately owned means a lot of investment in associates and long term innovation initiatives.
I truly cannot think of anything substantial Flexible hours, great management, and great workplace fidrlity. Also, great support from associates and management. The pay is top rate for the industry. The program is incredibly friendly to students with little to no invetsments. There is always an opportunity to do work.
You will feel like rveiews really are working and contributing to a team, because you are. You may not feel as if the work is sufficiently difficult, or you may not find much interest on the work that you have been assigned, but this fidellity with teams and what they’re currently tasked. Call center is in it’s own world compared to all other departments.
Breaks and Lunch are very wworking and not at your leisure. If you dont sit in Boston, your growth at Sr Level is very limited. Almost all Sr potions which open are New England based. Salary is lower than in the industry. I learned a lot and met a ton of great people. Definelty a lot of off time where you can go down to the ping pong tables and really network with. My boss was especially amazing since he planned events outside of work to hang out with me.
